It’s been 10 years since Ph.D. in veterinary sciences Elena Dubrovina began online consulting of pets owners on her website. She has managed to help different animals living in towns located in thousands of miles away from Moscow. I got her help as well when my cat was sick. Her advice coming from a distance of 1050 kilometers saved my pet.

But her site was far not perfect. For example, there was no «Search» option. Although after all those years her site had accumulated tones of useful information finding the suitable advice for a definite situation was impossible.

Then, having estimated her noble work we decided to create a new advanced site for free.  We know there are people procecting whales for free.
